Health care providers must know what types of muscles are in the body because of future events.If someone were to injure themselves playing a sport or exercising too much how is the health care provider suppose to know that they stretched a muscle or broken a bone. They must know exactly where the injury is so that if it is serious, when they reach the hospital they helped alot.
